An americano is simply just hot water and espresso.

Cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with steamed milk including a layer of milk foam.

Latte is a milk coffee that is made up of one or two shots of espresso, lots of steamed milk and a final, thin layer of frothed milk on top.

Although a mocha is often interpreted differently across the world, the basis is that a shot of espresso is combined with chocolate powder or syrup, followed by milk or cream. It is a variant of a latte, in the sense that it is often 1/3 espresso and 2/3 steamed milk.

A caramel macchiato is a sweetened version of a traditional macchiato. It's made by adding vanilla syrup to the milk before the espresso is added, and it's topped off with a caramel drizzle.

Doppio - a double shot, extracted using a double handle and basket. This results in 60 ml of drink, double the amount of a single shot espresso. More commonly called a standard double. Doppio is Italian, meaning "double"

Chai latte is a combination of tea and milk. Traditional chai lattes are made with black tea and steamed milk.

Cold brew coffee is usually made by steeping coffee in water for a number of hours at cold or ambient (room) temperature. This slow, low temp brew makes cold brew taste very different from hot brewing the same type of coffee beans: mild chocolate and mellow, low acidity fruits are common flavor notes.

Nitro is, as its name suggests, is cold brew infused with nitrogen and either served from a keg or canned. The tiny nitrogen bubbles give the drink its famous creamy texture, while the addition of milk or perhaps chocolate oat milk adds sweetness and depth.
